Welcome to the Game Changer Family website! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and participation in the Game Changer community. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Please read these Terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations when engaging with the Game Changer Family.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Game Changer website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Game Changer Family. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
- Eligibility
To use our services and join the Game Changer Family, you must:
• Be at least 13 years of age or older.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable laws.
If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features of our website or services. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Game Changer Family reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.
- Membership Terms
a. Executive Membership:
Executive members are required to contribute a minimum of 100,000 coins to the Game Changer community as part of their membership. As an executive member, you are entitled to certain privileges, including support from the community for your official matches. You also agree to contribute to other executive members’ matches in accordance with the community’s rules.
b. Regular Membership:
Regular membership is free, and regular members can participate in approved matches and events. Regular members receive support based on personal relationships within the community. They are not obligated to contribute financially but are encouraged to participate actively and foster healthy relationships with other members.
- Code of Conduct
As a member of the Game Changer Family, you agree to uphold the following conduct guidelines:
• Respectful Communication: Treat all members with respect, refrain from using offensive language, and avoid any form of harassment or discrimination.
• No Sniping: Engaging in “sniping” against other family members during matches is strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with Rules: Follow the community guidelines for matches, events, and interactions as outlined by the Game Changer Executive Board.
• No Spam: Do not post or share spam, unsolicited promotions, or unrelated content within the community.
• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own actions and contributions within the community. Ensure you do not overextend yourself financially or emotionally.
Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
- Matches and Event Participation
All official matches and events within the Game Changer Family must be approved by the Executive Board. Unapproved matches should not expect community support. Regular members with pre-planned matches prior to joining the family are not eligible for community support for those events unless explicitly approved.
Additionally, during certain periods (November, December, and January), the Game Changer Family observes a break, and no official matches will be scheduled except for birthday celebrations.
- Content Ownership and Use
All content provided on the Game Changer website, including text, images, logos, and multimedia, is the property of Game Changer Family and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the website without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the website or community (such as posts or contributions), but by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Game Changer services.
- Payments and Refunds
For executive members, all contributions (coins or financial support) made to the Game Changer Family are non-refundable. Contributions are voluntary and intended to support other members’ events and matches.
We reserve the right to modify the contribution requirements or introduce additional payment options, with notice provided to members.
- Termination of Membership
Game Changer Family reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and membership at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities that could harm the community.
If your membership is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refunds for contributions made, and you must discontinue any further use of our website and services.
You may also voluntarily terminate your membership by notifying the Game Changer leadership. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for past contributions.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Game Changer Family will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Game Changer Family, its leaders, executives, and members from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
- Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
